1.概况与原理 Overview and principle
  DZS系列制动器(简称制动器)是在电源切断或电路故障后通过弹簧施加压力,通过摩擦而达到制动作用,为一种电磁安全制动器。

  制动原理:制动器断电时,推力弹簧(7)压紧衔铁(4),制动盘(3)被夹紧在衔铁(4)和电机端盖(1)之间,制动扭矩通过制动盘的齿圈(3)和齿轮套(6)传递到传动系统中。

3.装配条件 Assembly condition

  1) 电机轴相对于安装孔节距圆的偏心不能超过0.2mm

  2) 安装面与电机轴的跳动公差不能超过0.08mm

  3) 齿轮套(6)和轴配合选择要避免齿轮套(6)变形,齿轮会导致制动盘(3)卡在齿轮套(6)上,由此导致制动故障。

  4) 制动盘(3)和制动面一定不能有油或脂。

  5) 不允许任何增加摩擦系数的表面处理。

4.安装 Installation

  1) 将齿轮套(6)安装到传动轴上,配平键(键的长度要覆盖整个齿轮套),并轴向可靠固定。

2) 将制动盘(3)装配到齿轮套(6)上,并能轴向自由滑动。

    The brake disc (3) fitted to Gear sets (8) on and can slide axially freely.

3) 用安装螺钉(9)将制动器安装在电机端盖(或法兰)上,如空心螺栓(2)发生干涉,将其旋入磁轭组件(8)即可。

5.气隙的调整Air-gap adjustment

  1) 气隙是通过安装螺钉(9)来调节的,旋紧(顺时针)时气隙渐小,反之气隙渐大。

  2) 将空心螺栓(2)旋入磁轭组件(8)到气隙调整不干涉的位置。

  3) 不同型号制动器安装气隙见表1,旋动安装螺钉(9)将等同安装螺钉数量、等同表一安装气隙厚度的塞尺或未变形的金属片夹紧在磁轭组件(8)和衔铁 (4)之间,塞尺的位置尽量靠近安装螺栓(9),微微松开安装螺钉(9),以正好抽出塞尺止(尽量少松)

  4) 将空心螺栓(2)旋出磁轭组件(8),并锁紧在电机端盖(或法兰)上。

     此项操作是固定磁轭组件(8),对制动器正常工作起非常重要的作用。

  5) 用等同安装气隙厚度的塞尺测量制动器气隙,当气隙不均匀时需重新调整,按上述第3)条方法在相应气隙不正确的安装螺栓处逐个调整,直到达到标准值为止。

6.维护:须在无负载状态下进行。

1) 制动盘(3)是制动器的重要部件,坚固且耐磨,这保证了制动器很长的使用寿命。当然在工作的过程中会磨损,制动器的工作间隙随之增大,当超过最大气隙时,须对其气隙进行重新调整达到安装气隙(按第5条内容调整)

2) 当制动盘(3)磨损严重无法调整气隙或损坏就需更换,将制动器卸下取出制动盘,清洁各部件的污垢,检查摩擦面是否平行、平整,若有异常需进行修复或更换部件。

更换新的制动盘,按第4条中4)7)重新安装制动器,并按第5条调整气隙。
